Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
• Manage case deadlines and maintain accurate case files.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $270,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
