Civil Multi Technician

We are looking for a Civil Multi Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil maintenance and be able to perform a variety of repair and maintenance works independently.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out civil maintenance and repair works at various sites.
• Perform masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and basic carpentry works.
• Handle minor plumbing and general maintenance works when required.
• Inspect and identify civil defects and complete repairs efficiently.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Attend maintenance requests and complete assigned jobs on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
• Travel to different sites as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians.
• Report completed works, material requirements, and site issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance or as a multi technician.
• Good practical knowledge of civil works and building maintenance.
• Experience in masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites in Dubai.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
