Job Description

As MLG has won over an extension to one of our major Civil projects, we are looking for experienced Civil Mobile Plant Operators to join our team! We will begin onboarding ASAP and are aiming to have you mobilised to site just before the end of October.

• Onboarding will start ASAP
• Mobilise to site Before End of October 2026
• 2/1 FIFO Roster - Mostly Days, limited night shift
• Permanent Fulltime available
• $5 Site Based Bonus per hour worked

What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?

• Current & Valid Australian Drivers License
• Civil Experience operating any of the below mobile equipment:
• Dozer (D6 above)
• Grader (14M above)
• Digger Op 20T-50T
• Production Loader
• National Police Clearance
• Strong approach to SAFETY
• Pass pre-employment medical + DAS
