Civil Project Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer with strong experience in infrastructure, underground utilities, chilled water pipeline, and district cooling projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and delivering civil works safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5* years of relevant civil construction experience*, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in district cooling, chilled water pipelines, underground utilities, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of excavation, trenching, chambers, road works, concrete works, backfilling, compaction, and reinstatement.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil/infrastructure drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proven experience in coordinating consultants, authorities, subcontractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in supervising and guiding Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and testing requirements.
• UAE/GCC infrastructure or district cooling experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience:

• District cooling & chilled water pipeline utility projects: 2 years (Preferred)
