Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

About Torocco & Associates
Torocco & Associates is a rapidly growing land development engineering firm serving Southwest Florida. As a boutique firm, we provide engineers with the opportunity to gain experience across the full project lifecycle while working directly with leadership and clients.
We're seeking a Civil Project Engineer who is ready for the next step in their career. This is an opportunity for an ambitious engineer to take ownership of projects, develop leadership skills, and build toward a future Project Manager role.

This role is ideal for an Engineer-in-Training who has built a strong foundation in land development design and is preparing for PE licensure. You will manage your own projects, coordinate with support staff, interact with clients and agencies, and gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
- PE Exam passed.

- Florida land development experience.
- Experience coordinating permits and agency reviews.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.

- Professionals interested in future leadership opportunities.
- Team players who enjoy a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
