With demand for these developments continuing to grow across Europe, they are expanding their delivery teams and looking to Poland for experienced civil professionals. Polish engineers and project managers are highly valued for their technical grounding and strong delivery mindset.

Working Environment & Projects

You will join experienced, delivery-focused project teams working on large and fast-paced sites. The culture is practical and collaborative, with an emphasis on ownership, problem-solving and close coordination with main contractor teams to keep complex programmes on track.

Projects involve substantial civil packages on major European developments, typically including bulk earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, below-ground drainage, underground services and external infrastructure. These are demanding, multi-interface sites offering valuable exposure to construction at scale. Candidates can choose to relocate internationally for long-term project involvement, or work on a rotation while remaining based in Poland.

Responsibilities

Civil Project Manager

• Lead the delivery of major civil packages from mobilisation through to completion and handover
• Manage construction programmes, resources, plant and supply chain to meet main contractor milestones
• Oversee package commercial performance, including cost control and change management
• Act as the key interface with main contractor teams, designers and client representatives
• Drive health & safety, quality and environmental standards across all site activities
• Lead and develop site teams including project engineers, supervisors and foremen

Project Engineer

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of civil works in line with programme, quality and safety requirements
• Set out works, carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records and as-built information
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on site
• Review drawings and specifications, raising technical queries and resolving site issues
• Track progress and quantities, supporting programme reporting and commercial measurement

What You Need

Civil Project Manager

• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager within a specialist subcontractor environment
• Strong technical delivery background across earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, drainage or underground services
• Experience managing construction programmes in demanding, large-scale site environments
• Exposure to industrial, data centre or mission-critical projects beneficial but not essential
• Good working level of English, with openness to relocation or rotational working

Project Engineer

• Degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
• Site-based civil engineering experience, ideally within a subcontractor delivery team
• Hands-on technical experience across earthworks, foundations, concrete, drainage or services
• Good understanding of setting out, quality control and programme coordination
• Good working level of English, with openness to relocation or rotational working
