Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior fit-out works from commencement through completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing according to the approved schedule.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and interior fit-out activities to avoid site conflicts and delays.
• Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Assist with project planning, material coordination, quantity verification, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Support project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, finishing, and civil works.
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams in the UAE.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and site procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning software is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet tight project deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
