Civil Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, quality, cost, timelines, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures.
• Review BOQs, estimates, drawings, and technical documents.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Manage contractors and ensure timely execution of work as per agreed scope.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and work completion records.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and project management.
• Good understanding of RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure works.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, or similar project management tools.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
