Civil Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans that meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports, to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil project management, particularly in infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects with a focus on cost control and quality assurance.
• With DM License.
