Civil Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: S$6,000 to S$10,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and completion—ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects, develop work schedules, and ensure timely submissions of shop drawings and risk assessments.
• Site & Construction Management: Supervise site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee construction activities including structural, drainage, sewerage, and utility works.
• Contract & Commercial Management: Manage project budgets, cost control, variation claims, and subcontractor progress payments.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities, leading progress and site meetings.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, implement quality control, and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (PE Board approval preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil or infrastructure projects within Singapore.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command of local construction regulations and authority submission processes (PUB, LTA, BCA).
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and contract administration skills.

Preferred Attributes: Direct experience in airport, tunneling, sewerage, or large-scale infrastructure projects, alongside a proven track record of upholding high safety and quality standards.
