Project Manager – Civil Construction & Excavation

Location: Colorado

We're working with a growing excavation contractor in Colorado looking to bring a Project Manager into the business.

The company specializes in excavation, earthwork, grading, trenching and underground utility work across commercial and residential construction.

This is an opportunity to join a smaller, established contractor where you won't get lost in a massive corporate structure. You'll work closely with leadership, take ownership of projects and play a part in the company's continued growth.

The Role

• Managing excavation, earthwork and site development projects.
• Coordinating field crews, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing budgets, schedules, quantities and job costs.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing excavation, grading, earthwork or underground utility projects.
• A solid understanding of construction costs, production and scheduling.
• The ability to coordinate field operations and hold teams accountable.

Experience with commercial site development and self-performing excavation contractors would be particularly relevant.
