CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYOR

HIRING ALERT – CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Bhagavatula HiPo Advisory Partners (BHAP) is hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a reputed organization.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Site Visits: Vikrabad – 3 times a week

Experience: 2–3 years (Mandatory)

Age Limit: Below 38 years

CTC: ₹4 LPA

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) by reviewing specifications and drawings provided by the sales team.

✅ Measure and calculate quantities of earthworks, concrete, steel, paving, piping, and other civil materials.

✅ Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other project requirements.

✅ Monitor project expenses against budgets and identify cost variances.

✅ Measure completed site work and process contractor/subcontractor payment applications.

✅ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and quantity take-off/estimating tools.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, construction measurements, and cost management.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and construction standards.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
