URGENT HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER / SITE ENGINEER

Position: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Check and verify dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and other site documentation.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team regarding discrepancies or required changes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved method statements and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1**–3 years of relevant site experience** in UAE/GCC construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
