Civil Site Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects as Civil Construction Engineer**.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates (weekly, monthly reports)
• Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations
• Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primevira and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel/relocate anywhere in UAE.
