Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site/ Civil Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site activities, coordinate with consultants, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Requirements:

Ø Hold a valid UAE Visa.

Ø Must hold a valid Certificate from Dubai Municipality

Ø Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Ø 3–4 years of experience in the UAE construction field.

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Ø Strong knowledge of construction site execution, structural works, and finishing works.

Ø Good experience in reading and reviewing structural and architectural drawings.

Ø Strong knowledge of engineering software such as:
AutoCAD, BOQ & quantity take-off tools, MS Excel, Project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly work progress plans and follow up site execution accordingly.
• Manage manpower allocation based on productivity, site priorities, and project requirements.
• Supervise site staff, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently.
• Review drawings and ensure all site works are carried out using the latest approved drawings.
• Handle material quantity take-off, material requests, and procurement coordination.
• Monitor work progress and report delays, site issues, or required corrective actions.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on consultant comments or approvals.
• Coordinate structural, finishing, and other civil works to avoid site conflicts.
• Maintain proper site records, progress reports, and work documentation.
• Ensure the use of approved materials, drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a proper working environment on site.
