Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support during construction to help interpret designs and coordinate with the construction team when adjustments are required due to site conditions.
• Monitor electrical installation works and assist in inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Support construction coordination activities and assist in site start-up and commissioning tasks when required.
• Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure alignment with design requirements.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs and quantity monitoring for reporting and project tracking purposes.
• Assist in reviewing contractor progress accomplishments and billing claims for verification and documentation.
• Review contractor submittals such as shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements and forward them for approval by the Designer or Project Engineer.
• Prepare site inspection reports, field reports, and documentation related to construction activities.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules and construction progress and report any observed delays or issues to the project team.
• Interpret electrical construction plans and coordinate with supervisors and engineers for clarifications when needed.
• Monitor daily site activities and support coordination between contractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Track quantities of completed electrical works and assist in progress monitoring.
• Monitor delivery and availability of electrical materials required for construction.
• Assist in coordinating site inspections and permit-related requirements with relevant authorities when needed.
• Maintain proper documentation of site instructions, revisions, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and suppliers to address technical concerns.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience in project management, site engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, specifications, and construction site coordination
• Basic knowledge of electrical installation practices and construction documentation
• Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with multiple contractors (manila, cavite)
• Can start immediately (preferred)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
