Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in industrial construction projects, particularly cement plants, manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, and other heavy industrial facilities.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, progress monitoring, and ensuring civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil works for cement plants, manufacturing plants, factories, and industrial projects.
• Manage earthworks, excavation, foundations, RCC structures, industrial buildings, equipment foundations, machine foundations, roads, drainage, and infrastructure works.
• Review IFC drawings, structural drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural steel, electrical, piping, and other disciplines.
• Ensure correct setting-out, levels, dimensions, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor work against the approved project schedule.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Raise and follow up RFI, WIR/IR, material inspections, and technical queries.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Identify site issues, construction conflicts, and delays and coordinate timely solutions.
• Support quantity verification, progress measurement, variation works, and billing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works within project quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Strong experience in industrial projects such as cement plants, manufacturing plants, process plants, factories, or similar heavy industrial facilities.
• UAE/GCC industrial construction experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of RCC structures, equipment foundations, industrial flooring, structural interfaces, infrastructure, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project/site documentation.
• Strong site coordination, manpower management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary industrial construction environment.

Preferred Candidate: Civil Engineer with proven hands-on site execution experience in Cement Plant / Manufacturing Plant / Heavy Industrial Construction Projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
