Civil Site Engineer – High-Rise Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 8,000/month, negotiable depending on experience

We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong UAE high-rise construction experience.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Must have experience working on high-rise tower/building projects.
• Must have worked on buildings of 12+ floors.
• Project handover experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in finishing works, from finishing stage through snagging, rectification, completion, and final handover.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and project management.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, inspections, and site execution.
• Strong ability to manage site activities and ensure works are completed according to project schedule and quality requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and finishing works on high-rise projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, consultants, and other site teams.
• Monitor finishing activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage snagging and de-snagging activities.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants.
• Follow up on project completion requirements and support final project handover.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper site records, inspection requests, and progress reports.

Salary: Up to AED 8,000, negotiable based on relevant experience.

Important: Candidates must have UAE high-rise construction experience, 12+ floor tower experience, strong finishing experience, and proven project handover experience.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
