Civil Site Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with proven UAE experience to manage site engineering activities on our active projects in Dubai. You will ensure that works are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai Municipality and other authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review approved drawings and specifications and implement them on site
• Supervise site activities including earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, and concrete works
• Carry out setting out, level checks, and quality control inspections
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Approval Requests (MARs), and method statements to the consultant
• Coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other authorities (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence) for inspections and approvals
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets quality and HSE standards
• Monitor progress against the program and report delays and risks
• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, progress reports, and as-built records
• Maintain testing and documentation records (compaction, concrete cubes, etc.)
• Enforce site safety requirements and take part in toolbox talks

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• [3+] years of site engineering experience in the UAE
• Valid Dubai engineer's license (Dubai Municipality approved)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE codes, and local authority procedures
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience with Civil 3D
• Experience on projects with RTA, DEWA, or other authority approvals
• Valid UAE driving license
• Immediate joining availability

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
