Civil Site Engineer

Role Purpose

Lead the construction resources and manage the construction works related to civil

activities while coordinating with other trades and complying with HSE, QA/QC, cost

and time plans and with local authorities requirements.

• Work Location: Project Site

Key Responsibilities

• Planning:

1. Contribute to the preparation of the baseline s and lookahead schedules.

2. Contribute to the preparation of manpower and equipment histograms

• Construction:

1. Supervise the civil construction activities on site.

2. Manage in-house construction resources, monitor and control their

productivity, ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

3. Coordinate with other trades teams,

4. Coordinate the civil works logistics with the CM and Logistics Supervisor.

• Reporting:

1. Contribute to the daily, weekly and monthly reports preparation

2. Contribute to the productivity and cost related reports

• Others:

1. Prepare timely requests for material and other requirements for related

activities as per the company procedures

2. Manage and mentor site engineers and foremen.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture (mandatory).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in buildings construction, with strong

exposure to structural concrete and facades (curtain wall and stone cladding).

• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Experience in KSA and GCC.

• Arabic and English communication skills.
