civil site engineer

Acacia Homes is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our growing team.The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing onsite activities coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaing quality and safety standards. This role is crucial in turning our design and planning into sucessful,high - quality residential and commercial developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Supervise daily operations at project sites and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and timelines.

2.Interpret architectural and structural and structural drawings and guide theteam accordingly

3.Coordinate with project managers,vendors,contractors,and clients for smooth workflow

4.Monitor quality standards,safety protocols,and ensure regulatory compliance on -site

5.Maintain site records including daily progres reports, material consumption,and measurement sheets

6.Report work status regularly to the project manager and escalate delays or risk proactively.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

1.Good knowledge of construction methods , materials , and project execution.

2.Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specification.

3.Familarity with site safety practices and quality control procedures.

4.Proficiency in MS office,AUTOCAD, and basic site layout tools

5.Strong interpersonal ,team coordination,and problem solving skillls
