Civil Site Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Civil Engineer for G+12 or Unlimited category.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, DM requirements, and authority approvals.
• Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills.

Preferred

• UAE driving license.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and local authorities in Dubai.

Note:

DM-approved Civil Engineer (G+12 or Unlimited category) is mandatory. Candidates not holding a valid DM approval will not be considered.

Education:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Experience:

• high rise building: 6 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• G+12 or G + unlimited DM License (Required)
