Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

• Plam daily and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement effective site planning strategies to optimize resource allocation.

• Manage labor resources, including supervision and coordination of workers on-site.

• Collaborate with vendors to manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Independently supervise assigned sites and execute work according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications and project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Practical experience in site execution and supervision, with the ability to manage day-to-day site activities independently.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, understand BOQs and take accurate measurements.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, material requirements, quality checks and labour productivity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between project sites within Bengaluru.
