Site Engineer – Civil (Landscaping & Swimming Pools)

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is hiring a Site Engineer – Civil in Dubai.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of UAE experience in civil construction, landscaping, swimming pools, and water features, with good knowledge of site execution and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works at landscaping, swimming pool, and water feature project sites.
• Monitor excavation, reinforcement, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, coping, and finishing works.
• Supervise hardscape works, including paving, interlocks, kerbstones, pathways, and retaining walls.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP, irrigation, and landscape teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of UAE experience in civil construction, landscaping, swimming pools, or water features.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, waterproofing, drainage, hardscape, and swimming pool structures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• Good site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
