Civil Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage foundation work, concreting, excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural work.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and structural designs.
• Monitor daily site activities, labour, contractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and project timelines are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, contractors, and other departments.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and material consumption reports.
• Check BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing measurements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and construction documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drawings.
• Understanding of RCC, foundation, structural, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, and site billing.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of site safety and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
