Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Prepare daily progress reports, BOQ,material requests, and site inspection requests.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and applicable UAE standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the site.
• Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and completed works for billing purposes.
• Maintain proper site records, drawings, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction works.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities independently.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
