Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Building Engineer with strong knowledge of Warehouse Construction, especially FCI Warehouse Projects, to join our construction team in Mansa, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day building and warehouse construction activities.

* Strong understanding of FCI warehouse construction, specifications and execution requirements.

* Monitor civil, structural and finishing works as per drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.

* Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of project activities.

* Check measurements, material requirements and work progress at site.

* Maintain proper site records, reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.

* Strong knowledge of FCI & Warehouse Construction is a MUST.

* Excellent understanding of RCC/structural work, building construction and site execution.

* Strong experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control and project execution.

* Ability to read drawings, understand specifications and ensure work as per approved standards.

* Good knowledge of measurements, material planning and day-to-day site management.

* Candidates with proven experience in FCI/Government Warehouse Projects will be preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in FCI Warehouse Projects / Government Warehouse Projects will be preferred.
