Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Civil Site Engineer (Project Engineer) to join a regional engineering firm serving the Delmarva Peninsula.

The position focuses on preparing site and civil construction documents for residential and commercial developments using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You'll work closely with Project Managers, architects, traffic engineers, wetland scientists, structural engineers, and geotechnical engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year engineering degree, is working toward PE licensure, and has strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare site and civil construction documents.
• Perform civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Resolve technical challenges throughout project development.
• Support projects from design through regulatory review.
• Continue professional development toward PE licensure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
• Working toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage technical challenges and work independently.
• Interest in professional development and career advancement.
