What they need
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise our villa projects in Dubai and coordinate with owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site works.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, progress, and site safety.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
- Review and resolve site technical issues.
- Follow up on inspections, approvals, and project progress.
- Coordinate civil and structural works with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of UAE/Dubai site supervision experience.
- Villa/residential project experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
