Role Description The Civil Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Turkmenistan, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on civil construction projects. This position coordinates site activities, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed according to design specifications, safety guidelines, and project schedules. The Civil Site Manager monitors progress, conducts site inspections, resolves technical and operational issues, and maintains accurate documentation and reporting. The role involves liaising with project stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and suppliers, to align site work with overall project plans and budgets. The Civil Site Manager also promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil construction activities.
• Proven team leadership abilities, with experience supervising site personnel and subcontractors.
• Skills in inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and design specifications.
• Knowledge of infrastructure development, including roads, utilities, and site works.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and site safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
• Previous experience as a site engineer, site manager, or similar role in civil construction is highly beneficial.
