Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, supervise workers, and ensure that construction work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction and repair activities at the site.
• Monitor labour, subcontractors, and site work progress.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material records.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain site discipline.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
