Civil Site Supervisor – Job Description

Position: Civil Site Supervisor
Experience: 0-1years
Location: CST Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors and allocate daily work.
• Ensure construction work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, vendors, and labour teams.
• Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship.
• Check RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
• Maintain daily DPR, manpower records, material records, and work progress reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineer for timely solutions.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
