Civil Site Supervisor

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage site activities, supervise workers, and make sure construction work is completed safely, properly, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil and construction work at the site.
• Guide workers and make sure assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Follow up on project progress and report any delays.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Check ongoing and finished work to make sure the required quality is maintained.
• Monitor the correct use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Make sure workers follow safety rules and keep the site clean and organized.
• Update management about work progress, manpower needs, material requirements, and site issues.
• Check worker attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Prepare daily and monthly workers' timesheets and submit them to management.
• Follow up on material deliveries and check the quantity of materials received.
• Assist with site measurements and checking completed work.
• Check basic construction drawings and make sure site work follows the approved plans.
• Identify site problems and help find solutions for daily construction issues.
• Perform other duties related to site supervision as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience as a Civil Site Supervisor is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant civil construction experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction work, materials, and site procedures.
• Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
• Good leadership and worker supervision skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
