Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. The candidate should be able to coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and subcontractors and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
• Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.
• Read and understand civil/structural drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship at different stages of construction.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor their daily productivity.
• Maintain daily records of labour, materials, work progress, and site activities.
• Check availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure proper execution of work as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with other teams such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing teams.
• Monitor material wastage and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist engineers during measurements, quantity calculations, and site inspections.
• Support preparation of daily progress reports and work status reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Required Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and estimation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and flexible working hours.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 1–2 years Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
