What they need
- Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily on-site construction activities, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret civil and structural drawings, layouts, and specifications to guide workers and subcontractors accurately.
- Quality Control (QC): Inspect workmanship and construction materials to verify quality, dimensions, and compliance with project specs.
- Worker & Subcontractor Management: Supervise site labor force, assign daily tasks, track attendance records, and evaluate performance.
- Material & Resource Tracking: Monitor material inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate timely
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
