Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to supervise daily construction activities and ensure quality and timely execution of work at our building project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and construction progress.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.
• Monitor construction quality and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Check material requirements and report site issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a relevant qualification.1–2 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
