  We are looking for experienced Civil Site Supervisors with strong practical knowledge of building construction, civil and structural works, and finishing activities. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, manpower and subcontractor management, quality control, safety compliance, productivity, and material wastage control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Manage and monitor site manpower, labour teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
• Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Monitor the use of construction materials and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure the availability of materials at the site.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the project management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction or civil site supervision.
• Practical knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
