Job Summary

The Civil/Architectural Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and maintaining building structures and facilities. The role ensures that construction, renovation, and repair projects meet approved plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Assist in planning and supervising construction, renovation, and repair projects.
• Inspect building structures and facilities to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress, materials, labor, schedules, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify structural or building maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare project reports, estimates, and other technical documents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and project supervision.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design software is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in construction, building maintenance, or renovation is an advantage.
• Professional license is an advantage or may be required depending on the duties and applicable regulations.
