Civil Structural Manager (Construction)

• Manage a team of Structural Coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination activities.
• Plan, design and coordinate Civil & Structural engineering works in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and technical documents, and coordinate relevant authority submissions.
• Review Civil & Structural drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other trades, including M&E and architectural teams, on technical and project matters.
• Oversee Civil & Structural works on site and ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project progress, and resolve technical and site issues to ensure timely completion.
• Attend project, technical and coordination meetings, as well as site inspections during the construction phase.
• Monitor test reports, inspections, Structural Testing (ST), Green Mark and constructability requirements, and ensure proper document control in accordance with company ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in civil and structural construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese will be an advantage.
