As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Perth-based metro team.

About the role:

• Oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
• Manage the installation of pipelines and other underground infrastructure
• Drive compliance with relevant safety and environmental requirements
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high performing culture

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role, with a focus on civil construction, pipelines and underground services
• Experience with micro tunnelling and associated activities is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to deliver quality outcomes within project timeframes
• Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
