Civil Technical Engineer（Mandarin Speaker）

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of project construction organization designs and technical plans.
• Participate in the preparation of project technical schemes.
• Participate in the submission and approval process for project materials.
• Participate in the submission and approval process for detailed construction drawings.
• Participate in drawing coordination and assist with back-office BIM MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) coordination.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with consultants and liaise with them to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project drawing management.
• Participate in resolving on-site technical issues and preparing quality rectification plans.
• Input data related to the project's lean construction system.
• Assist with the preparation of technical proposals for tenders.
• Participate in initiatives to generate value through technological innovation and in summarizing technological achievements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate technical activities and ensure timely project completion

About you

• Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Major: Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical management or technical support for overseas building construction or industrial plant projects.
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese; proficiency in CAD drafting software and Microsoft Office; proficiency in Revit is a plus.
