We specialise in overhead (OH) and underground (UG) electricity distribution networks, providing civil and electrical solutions for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Worker to join our team in Sydney. You will support experienced crews with trenching, cable installation, and general civil works, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous labouring, landscaping or civil construction experience
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
• MR or HR Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
• Exposure to utilities or electrical works (advantageous)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist with trenching and excavation works
• Support cable installation and civil activities
• Identify and avoid underground services
• Set up safety barriers, signage, and site controls
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness
• Backfill and restore work sites
