What they need
About the role
We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in civil/structural design. You will work on a range of projects involving site development, structural design, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft site development plans — grading, drainage, utility layouts
- Design structural drawings: foundations, retaining walls, equipment supports, gantries, steel/concrete framing
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical & architectural teams
- Handle material take-offs & maintain CAD standards (layers, xrefs, sheet sets)
About you
- 3–5 years experience as a Civil/Structural Designer
- Solid knowledge of NSCP, ASEP guidelines & ACI codes
- Advanced AutoCAD skills (2D drafting & detailing)
- Degree/diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (licensed a plus!)
- Substation design experience (layouts, equipment supports, control buildings)
- STAAD.Pro knowledge for structural analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
