What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, design, or project coordination.
- Experience in CSA works, design, quantity take-off, costing, or estimation is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Knowledgeable in construction materials, methods, and specifications.
- Ability to prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, material take-offs, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with structural and architectural plans and coordination with other disciplines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
- PRC license is an advantage, depending on the specific CSA role.
