We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a major cladding remediation project in West London.

This is a hands-on role for someone with solid experience managing façade, cladding or remediation projects and who is confident coordinating multiple trades and work fronts on a live construction site.

The Project

The works include the remediation of a number of different wall types, including:

• Localised brickwork removal to facilitate the installation of new compliant cavity barriers, followed by careful reinstatement of the existing brickwork.
• EWI/render replacement, including removal of existing systems and installation of new compliant façade systems.
• Cedral cladding replacement, including associated preparation and detailing.
• Coordination of fire-stopping, cavity barrier and associated façade remediation works.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality and programme.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Planning and coordinating daily works and sequencing.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved RAMS.
• Managing quality and ensuring remediation works meet the required standards.
• Coordinating inspections, surveys and sign-offs.
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project Manager.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site.
• Liaising with the client, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact programme or quality.
• Maintaining accurate site records, photographs and documentation.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within cladding, façade, fire remediation or external envelope works.
• Strong knowledge of construction site management and sequencing.
• Experience working with brickwork, EWI/render systems and cladding.
• An understanding of cavity barriers and fire-stopping would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts.
• A strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail.
• Relevant Site Management qualifications, ideally SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
• Experience using Procore
