Claim Handler (Motor Vehicle)

• Responsible for handling motor vehicle insurance claims from notification to settlement.
• Receive claim notifications, review claim documents, and conduct surveys or investigations when required.
• Coordinate with workshops to obtain repair estimates, prepare claim adjustments, and process repair work orders (SPK).
• Obtain the necessary approvals and ensure claim processing is in accordance with company procedures and policy coverage.
• Monitor repair progress and follow up on invoices and supporting documents for claim settlement.
• Maintain accurate claim records and prepare claim reports as required.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in any major

• 3 - 5 years experience in handling claim MV or similar

• Good command in English

• Experienced using Merimen system

• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point
