Join our Medical Administration team in as a Claim Processor. In this role, you'll make sure medical claims are processed accurately and on time, so healthcare providers and patients get reimbursed without delay.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate medical claims for completeness and accuracy
• Verify claims against policy coverage and eligibility
• Enter claim data into the claims management system
• Investigate discrepancies, errors and missing documents
• Liaise with healthcare providers and patients for clarification
• Process claim payments within policy terms and timelines
• Keep claim records organised and up to date
• Track claim status from submission to payment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Prepare reports on processing metrics and suggest improvements

What You Bring

• Experience in medical claims processing or healthcare administration
• Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with claims or healthcare management systems (an advantage)
• Strong organisation and time management across multiple claims
• Good communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
• Understanding of medical insurance policies and claims procedures
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High standard of confidentiality and data protection
• Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Medical billing or claims certification (an advantage)
