Job description:
1.Melakukan pengecekan email terkait pengajuan reimbursement dan melakukan registrasi pengajuan melalui email.
2. Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen reimbursement dalam bentuk hardcopy, kemudian melakukan proses pemindaian (scan) untuk proses registrasi.
3. Melakukan registrasi pengajuan reimbursement ke dalam sistem perusahaan.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Administrasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait).
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang administrasi atau reimbursement.
- Bisa menggunakan sistem Microsoft Office.
- Teliti dan detail.
- Terbiasa berkomunikasi melalui email.
