What they need
Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent
interaction with customers in the United States. Communication of the shared
profiles are not up to the mark
- A valid State Insurance Adjuster/Claims Adjuster certification or a relevant
U.S. state insurance license is a must .Licenses obtained from private
institutions will not be considered.
- Candidates must have Workers' Compensation Claims experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPCU and AIC are preferred
Minimum of 3 to 8 years experience with claim adjusting in property & casualty
experience(workers compensation ) is required.
• Good knowledge and experience in claim adjudication
• Medical and litigation management can be an added advantage.
