Claims Administrator

About the Role

In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including lodging and managing insurance claims, coordinating with Insureds, Insurers, colleagues, and contractors. Each day brings new challenges, and you’ll receive full support and training from your team to excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic and compassionate assistance to customers in their time of need.
• Lodge and triage claims efficiently.
• Proactively manage claims, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, offering assistance with empathy and care.
• Accurately assess next steps and determine appropriate parties to involve.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate consideration and respect for colleagues and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to grow your skills and support team capability.

About You

You are eager to learn, confident on the phone, and bring a positive attitude to your work.

• Diligence and attention to detail are second nature to you.
• You may have previous experience delivering excellent customer service or could be new to the industry, ready to bring the right attitude.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literacy is a must.
